How this copy was verified (the build environment could not fetch eff.org
directly):
1. Extracted from npm package eff-diceware-passphrase@3.0.0, which ships
   the original file verbatim.
2. Cross-checked word-for-word AND dice-key-for-dice-key against a second,
   independent npm package (diceware-wordlist-en-eff@1.0.1) — 7,776/7,776
   identical.
3. Structural checks: 7,776 unique words, sorted, dice keys 11111–66666,
   anchors abacus/zoom.
4. The SHA-256 above matches the checksum independently recorded for the
   EFF-hosted file in a public cryptographic-ceremony writeup
   (words.str4d.xyz/powers-of-tau-operational-writeup/).

Do not edit this file — /tools/passphrase-generator depends on it staying
byte-comparable to EFF's original.
