Private browser PDF tool
Merge PDFs
Put several PDFs in one file, in the order you select them.
Your documents never leave this device. Processing happens in this browser.
Drag files to set the order, or use the Move buttons. The first file becomes the first page.
How to merge PDFs
Choose the PDFs, set their order by dragging or with Move up and Move down, then create one new file.
When it helps
Useful for a signed form and its attachments, several statements, or scans from a multi-page document. The source PDFs remain unchanged.
Encrypted PDFs
This editor does not bypass passwords or permission restrictions. If a PDF needs a password, open it with the password you know first. We do not crack or guess passwords. For a new protected copy, use password protect a PDF.
Limits
Very large PDFs can run out of browser memory. Scanned documents stay scans: this tool does not perform OCR. For photos, IDs and contracts you handle repeatedly, see our guide to IDs and financial documents.
Merge PDFs questions
Can I merge PDFs without uploading them?
Yes. The selected files are combined in this browser and are not sent to Sealby.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not here. This editor never guesses or bypasses passwords. Open a file with the password you know first.
