How vaults work

A vault is an encrypted space on your phone. Here’s the everyday of it — open it, lock it, and make it yours.

Unlock

Type your PIN

Enter your secret and the vault opens. A wrong entry just shows a blank vault — there’s never a “wrong PIN” error.

Any method

Prefer a pattern or a passphrase? Switch right from the keypad — each unlocks the very same vault.

Lock

Tap the lock — or just lock your phone — and the vault closes behind your secret.

Settings

Open Settings to see the vault’s size and files, rename it, change its PIN, and more.
