More control over your private files
Cold vaults, better search and small improvements to the things you do every day.
- Cold vaults. Remove a vault’s PIN, pattern or passphrase on this device. Its 12-word recovery phrase becomes the only way back in. Free on every tier; keep the phrase safe.
- Add your own randomness. Mix your dice rolls or typed input into recovery-phrase generation. Your input adds to the app’s randomness; it does not replace it.
- Search inside your files. Find words in notes, PDFs—including scanned pages—and supported text files. Find matches inside an open document, too.
- Capture straight to your vault. Scan a document into a PDF or take a secure photo from the Add menu, without saving a copy to Photos.
- Your grid, your order. Hold and drag photos, videos, notes and files to arrange them within a folder. Folders stay at the top.
- See what a photo reveals. Check when, where and with which camera a photo was taken, then remove that metadata from the photo in your vault.
- Improved sync. Quicker, smoother sync between your devices, an easier setup, and better use of your iCloud storage.
Sealby arrives on iPhone and iPad
A separate private space for your photos, videos, files and notes. No Sealby account, ads or app tracking.
- A different code, a different vault. Keep independent vaults with their own PIN, pattern or passphrase, without a shared vault list.
- More than a photo album. Store documents and rich-text notes alongside media. Organise them with folders, tags and search.
- Free to start. Keep up to 100 files per vault for free. Premium adds unlimited files, encrypted iCloud backup, iPhone and iPad sync, and vault sharing.
