Should I use 1Password or Sealby for private documents?
Sealby is a private home for photos, videos, documents and notes. 1Password is primarily for passwords, passkeys and autofill. They solve different problems.

Common questions
Can 1Password store files and photos?
Yes. 1Password supports standalone Document items as well as files attached to other items, with storage limits by plan. It suits documents kept with credentials. Sealby adds a dedicated photo and video gallery, folders and notes for a private media library.
Is “no account” really more secure?
It removes whole classes of attack instead of defending against them: nothing to phish, no server-side Sealby vault to breach or subpoena, and no Sealby account linking you to the vault. Sealby simply does not create those dependencies.
